Our Guarantees
Fix My script guarantees that all questions will be answered in full, and all problems will be solved completely. We ask for payment only if our support team can handle the job from start to finish, and provide full guarantees that issue will be solved completely. Fix My Script does not make any changes to customer's data and/or files, and ensures that no data will be lost.

If support team will not solve your issue after collecting your payment, full refund will be issued without any questions asked.

Fix My script solves each issue in less than 24 hours after payment. If it takes longer, full refund can be issued. In this case support team still continues working free of charge as long as it needed to get problem solved in full and does not ask for any payment.



Payments
Customer may ask unlimited number of questions for free. Customer never needs to submit a payment in advance when asking for technical support. Only if Fix My Script support team is able to answer technical questions and/or fix problems customer has requested solutions for, customer is asked to submit payment.

Single payment is limited to single question or problem, so if customer needs solutions for multiple problems, Fix My Script may ask customer to submit new payment for each issue.

Payment type can not be changed when payment is submitted. For example, if customer submits payment only for step-by-step instructions solving issue, and later customer decides he wants our support team to complete this task, new payment must be submitted.



Refund Policy
Fix My Script can issue full refund if customer's question could not be answered in full, or problem could not be solved completely. If support team is not able to fix issue in more than 24 hours after payment has been verified, customer may request for full refund as well. However, refunds are not available for these reasons:


Customer question was answered in full and/or problem was solved completely.

Problem could not be solved completely because of restrictions in customer's server. For example, if customer's script didn't work well, and Fix My Script fixed it, but script could not operate in full because of missing features and/or additional restrictions in customer's server, refund is not available. However, support team will provide step-by-step instructions what needs to be changed on server for problem to get script running.

Customer has provided incorrect information and support team could not fix issue due to incorrect or missing details about the problem.

Customer has decided not to use service after submitting payment. Support team spends time looking at customer's issues before requesting for payment, so payment is final and can not be refunded if customer has submitted payment for service already. However, full refund will be issued if support team will fail to solve this issue.
